YOU need to go suffer and drool (otherwise known as cyclocross). Keeps you away from the rapper vids and lets you keep eating too!
Weights, well, gotta do those too but man, CX keeps the hurt locker burnin.

Anne - I will go watch a CX race in the next few weeks to see what I think. I probably won't be doing any cross racing this year though. I am busy "Rollin' down the street smokin' indo, sippin' on gin and juice. Laid Back. With my mind on my money and my money on my mind" for the rest of this year.
Telling ya...CX is better n all of that. One great rush after the race is finished.
