Is it discriminatory of me to say that I don't count turtles - teenage, mutant or otherwise - as superheros in my superhero book?

I'm not against Ninja Turtles as superheros, but I don't think they really count as "retro", as compared to your first two postings.
Okay, now you're really making me afraid to get out on the speed bike...gah, ouchie?? That's an understatement! LOL...

And I had THE biggest crush on Donatello...and Raphael.
let's see.... three sons, now grown, and 3 grandsons. they've worn the vhs tape almost completely out, thankfully.
didn't think i'd ever have to listen to that ever again. hmmmm.....
i missed the whole ninja turtle thing. i think it was right before i had kids? or something.
Retro means old. Old means Green Lantern or Aquaman or maybe, Space Ghost.
I'm going to pass on the turtles.

I saw this picture in an email which had a whole series of sport's related crashes/accidents. This one was probably the least yukky ... There was one of a bull fight gotten out of hand and another one of a BMX bike jump just before landing ... on the face. I think the email was named something along the lines: Just before the pain starts...
As soon as your page opened I immediately let out a...
"AAAAHHHHH... DAMN!" That hurts!That guy needed to be saved by a superhero ninja turtle.
That photo makes my glands swell up in anticipation of the pain involved. Yuck!
Not a fan of crash images at the moment. Don't know why ... unless it is the f@#*ed up hip and shoulder.
Fortunately I was too old to be affected by the TMNT stuff. Yeahhh!
