Will It Ever End?
Another TdF Brain Fart.
Not much to post about today. I took The Bug for a bike ride after work. He loves biking already. Every time he goes to the garage with me, he points to the bike and says Ride Ride Ride. I am proud of him.
I got all of the parts for the retro rocket. I will be building it this weekend. I am excited to take it out for a spin. I will post pics tomorrow or Sunday.
I am going for a long slow Fat Boy ride tomorrow. It should be relaxing. :) I am sure all of these low HR workouts are going to make me suffer at the Crit this Thursday.

I say the same thing when I go to the garage.
does the bug ride his own bike? or do you do you guys do the trailer bike thing?
TDF: You really do have to wonder what they are thinking? It just seems like they want to destroy the race.
Can't wait to see the R-R. It is going to be awesome!
After today, a slow ride sounds good.
Lauren - since Bug is only 16 months old, he rides in a seat behind me.
Oldman - it is just a circus.
You're brining up that boy right. You should be proud!
Hope you had fun shrinking the fat cells. Can't wait to see pics of the retro ride.
Can't wait for Izabella to say Ride Daddy...Ride:)
Peace
Let me know how the crit goes! I finally posted my report on it.
i am jealous that you get to race every Thursday pm there.
"long slow Fat Boy ride"
C'mon, be nice to the man.
Chris - I was over 240lbs at one time and managed to get down to about 215 where I race today. I'm still trying to knock off another 10 lbs but it's hard, I seemed to have plateued. Anyway, Stay disciplined until you reach your race weight. When you've finished a race or a 4 to 5 hour ride go have some ice-cream. I found cheating before reaching my goal weight just made things harder. Keep the momentum going!! Good luck to you brother and we're all cheering you on!!
Chatterbox - the fat cells are slowly shrinking. Thanks
Sweet Cheeks - well if you move to Austin, you can race on Thursdays too. :)
Thanks for the advice Pete. It is a slow process, but it is coming along.
