Weight Training

I have hit the iron hard lately and have seen some real upper body improvements (see picture).

I seem to be slower though, especially on the hills. What am I doing wrong??

Seriously. Can this dude even brush his teeth or wipe his own bum?


Blogger Ari said... that really you????? Stop doing so much with the upper body and start from the ground up. If you are going to do weights try lower weights more reps. Leave the ton dumb-bells for the meat head in the picture

Ari. No not me. I just thought the picture was ridiculous. I guess I will lay off the Beefcake suppliments. :)

Sweet Jeepers Sir! Mighty fine muscles you have there - I'm thinking it would be a little tough to reach the handlebars on that bike of yours with those beefy arms - Good luck!
